Privacy policy
In short: we record what is needed to collect you from your hotel and take you to the hamam, we share it with the people who do that, and we sell it to no one.

What we record when you book
The booking form asks for your name, a phone number, the date, the number of guests, your hotel and its area, and — if you choose to give them — your e-mail address, room number, the language you would like us to use and any notes.
- Name and phone — so we can confirm your pickup time and reach you on the day.
- Date and number of guests — so the hamam and the transfer are arranged for the right people.
- Hotel, area and room — so the vehicle knows where to collect you.
- E-mail, if you give one — for your written confirmation and ticket.
- Notes, if you write any — including anything you choose to tell us about health, allergies, children's ages or a preference for an attendant of your own gender.
What we record when you send a request
Your name and phone number, your e-mail address if you give one, and what you tell us — the hotel, the date, the number of guests and your message. We use it to reply to you.
Payment
We take no payment on this website. There is no card field anywhere on it and no payment processor behind it. You pay at the hamam on the day, so no card details ever reach us.
Who it is shared with
Your booking goes to the people who carry it out: our booking team, the transfer driver who collects you and the hamam you are taken to. That is what it is for.
It is not sold, rented or given to advertisers. There is no third-party advertising pixel on this website.
Analytics
We count page views and a few actions — a booking started, a request sent — with our own first-party measurement, on our own servers.
No cookies are set for it, no advertising network is involved and no profile of you is built.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as they are needed to carry out the booking and for the period that accounting rules require. Requests that do not become bookings are deleted once the conversation is over.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Message us on WhatsApp or use the contact form with enough detail to find the booking — a name and a date are usually enough.
We will do so without asking you why.
Children
This website is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. The booking form records only how many children are coming and in which age band. Anything more reaches us only if a parent writes it in the notes.
