Cancellation policy
Nothing is charged when you book, so cancelling costs you nothing and involves no refund.

The rule
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your hamam session. There is nothing to refund, because nothing was paid: you pay at the hamam on the day.
How to cancel or change a booking
Message us on WhatsApp at +90 536 603 75 84, or use the contact form, with your name, the date and your booking reference. Our reply confirming the cancellation is your receipt.
Want a different date instead? Tell us in the same message and we will move the booking if the new date is available.
Less than 24 hours before
Please tell us anyway, as early as you can. A place at the hamam and a seat in the vehicle have been arranged for you, and a quick message lets us free them.
Running late on the day
Call or message us straight away. The vehicle may be collecting guests from other hotels on a schedule; a few minutes can often be worked around if we know, but the driver cannot wait for a guest nobody has heard from.
If we have to cancel
If we cannot run your booking, we will contact you to offer another date. If that does not suit you, nothing is owed on either side.
