What a booking is

A booking on this website reserves a place in the basic hamam programme for the date and the number of guests you choose. It is not a payment: nothing is charged online.

Your booking is confirmed when we confirm your pickup time with you. Until then it is a booking request with a reference number.

What the price includes

• Pickup from your hotel and the drive back, from the areas we serve.
• Sauna and steam room.
• Kese scrub, foam wash and foam massage.
• An aromatic oil massage of about 20 minutes.
• Towel, peştemal and slippers, and time to rest before the drive back.

Drinks, longer or upgraded massages, photo and video services and tips are not included.

Price and payment

€23 per adult (aged 11 and over) and €13 per child aged 4 to 10; children under 4 go free. You pay at the hamam on the day of your visit.

The price shown to you before you confirm is the price in our booking system. If a published figure and our booking system ever disagree, the booking system applies and we will tell you before your visit, never after. Anything you choose at the hamam on the day, beyond the booked programme, is extra.

Pickup

Hotel pickup and return are included from the areas listed on this website. Your exact pickup time is confirmed according to your hotel and daily transfer schedule. There is no single pickup time for everyone.

Please be ready a few minutes before the confirmed time at the place we give you. The vehicle may be collecting guests from other hotels on a schedule and cannot wait long.

A pickup from outside our areas is never accepted automatically. Ask first and we will tell you whether it is possible.

The hamam

Your hamam location is selected according to your hotel and transfer area. The programme is the same at each; the order and timing of the stages can vary slightly from one hamam to another.

Health

• A Turkish bath is not recommended during pregnancy or for anyone with a heart condition.
• If you have any medical condition, speak to your doctor before booking and tell the hamam staff before your session.
• Tell the attendant about allergies before the foam wash and the oil massage.
• Please do not drink alcohol before your session.
• If you have limited mobility or use a wheelchair, tell us before you book; we will ask the hamam and the transfer what is possible.

Children

Children come with an adult, and every booking needs at least one adult. The massages are designed for adults; give the children's ages when you book and the hamam will confirm what suits them.

If something changes

If we cannot run your booking as planned, we will contact you to offer another date. If that does not work for you, nothing is owed on either side — there is no payment to return, because payment happens on the day.

Belongings and behaviour

Leave valuables at your hotel. Staff at the hamam may refuse a guest whose behaviour puts other guests or staff at risk, or who is visibly under the influence of alcohol.
